A perfectionist since his early years growing up in Old Saybrook, Ken Reid, has incorporated that exacting approach into Waterview Landscaping. The result is a firm that painstakingly addresses every detail, assuring customers that the job will not only meet their expectations, but also meet ours.

“When you have the opportunity to beautify an area, it’s very rewarding at the end of the day,” says Reid.

Customers appreciate this methodology, where each job is treated as an individual; Waterview Landscaping does not use the one-size-fits-all approach.

“Every yard is different; we approach each project with a clean sheet approach,” says Reid. “I will make suggestions and give them some ideas they may not have originally considered. I work with clients on project expectations and budgeting issues. This is important because people are very careful where they are spending their money, and they want the most for their investment.”

A Certified Landscape Technician and Certified Installer of Pavers, Reid has the training and experience to get the job done right. The same goes for all Waterview Landscaping Employees, who arrive at the site in uniform and in lettered vehicles. You can trust them, and the work they do.

“Trust level is important,” says Reid. “Our maintenance crews show up like clockwork, and most times the clients know the foreman by first name.”
